Requirements
- Have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technology.
- Bring recruiting experience ideally in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or open-source environments.
- Have a record of sourcing and closing candidates across roles including Product Managers, Account Executives, and Pre-Sales Architects.
- Have experience recruiting for go-to-market functions.
- Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor and provide strategic input on hiring decisions.
- Be skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound sourcing strategies, and talent market research.
- Have hands-on experience with ATS tools; SmartRecruiters is preferred.
- Be able to manage multiple roles independently, prioritize effectively, and own searches from start to finish.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate across time zones, teams, and cultures.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles globally.
- Drive direct sourcing efforts using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
- Partner with hiring managers to shape profiles, define strategy, and deliver results.
- Advise on talent market conditions, sourcing feasibility, and hiring best practices.
- Ensure a structured, timely, and professional candidate experience.
- Use SmartRecruiters to manage pipelines, reporting, and workflows.
- Collaborate with the distributed Talent Acquisition team while independently owning searches.
