Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or a comparable role.
- Provide a portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of digital products.
- Have advanced Figma proficiency, including Auto Layout, reusable components, interactive prototyping, and collaborative workflows.
- Have hands-on experience using AI-powered design and prototyping tools.
- Have experience designing responsive web applications across multiple devices.
- Have experience designing accessible interfaces and practical knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Have experience contributing to or building design systems, including component libraries, documentation, and implementation guidelines.
- Be able to write detailed design specifications and work directly with engineers on implementation.
- Be able to design for international audiences, accounting for language, regional needs, and device usage.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, source control, and web development fundamentals is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end UI/UX design process in Figma, including user flows, high-fidelity screens, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Create accessible, consistent experiences across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
- Use AI-powered design tools such as Figma AI and Claude to support ideation, explore alternatives, and develop prototypes.
- Gather feedback from end users and focus groups and translate findings into design improvements.
- Maintain component libraries, usage guidelines, and documentation for the design system.
- Produce design specifications covering interactions, interface states, edge cases, and expected behaviors.
- Partner with product and engineering teams from discovery through development, testing, and launch.
- Manage design projects, balance priorities, and deliver work to established quality and timeline expectations.
