- Familiarity with supply chain operations, logistics, or DTC/eCommerce brands is nice to have.
- Mandarin language proficiency is nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and understand their needs.
- Recommend packaging or shipping solutions and set expectations about pricing, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate sampling, production, and delivery.
- Coordinate project execution with internal teams and partner factories.
- Monitor quality control and escalate issues when necessary.
- Prepare and update quotations, project documentation, trackers, and dashboards using Lark.
- Track margin opportunities and client profitability.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Social Media, and Factory teams, translating client briefs into supplier instructions.
- Manage client and supplier email communications, meeting follow-ups, and project updates.
