Requirements
- Keep client needs and the value of relevant insights central to the work.
- Connect client use cases with sector and company context, expert profiles, and vetting questions.
- Use quantitative and qualitative inputs to inform decisions.
- Use tools such as AlphaSense and Tableau to gain insights.
- Bring or develop a foundational understanding of one or more industry verticals and their trends.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Identify opportunities to add value and improve efficiency in Analyst work.
- Coach and support Analysts with feedback, know-how, and tools.
- Collaborate with Directors of Research, Client Contributors, and other cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an understanding of investable topics, themes, and trends in assigned industry verticals.
- Create research projects based on Sector Lead guidance, platform demand, industry knowledge, and research.
- Define project angles and expert vetting questions based on sector dynamics and client interest.
- Review and quality-check expert profiles sourced by Analysts, passing suitable profiles to call takers and giving feedback on unsuitable or inadequately documented profiles.
- Run pod huddles to review project status and progress toward weekly and monthly goals.
- Monitor project scheduling, compliance, expert rates, and call numbers.
- Balance workloads across the pod by assigning projects to Analysts based on capacity.
- Incorporate Client Contributor feedback into project work and Analyst coaching.
- Coach Analysts and provide guidance and feedback on project work.
- Collaborate with Directors of Research, Sector Leads, Client Contributors, and Contributor Relations Managers; support Analyst hiring, onboarding, and sector knowledge resources.
