Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of hands-on IAM, SSO, or federation implementation experience.
- Have 5+ years implementing enterprise authentication and access management solutions.
- Have experience leading customer-facing technical implementations.
- Have experience integrating enterprise applications and SaaS platforms using federation standards.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage complex technical deployments involving multiple stakeholders.
- Have strong experience with SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth 2.0, and SCIM.
- Have experience with Active Directory, LDAP, MFA, passwordless authentication, PKI, and certificate management.
- Have experience with REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Have experience with one or more of Microsoft Entra ID, Ping Identity PingFederate, Okta, ForgeRock, SailPoint, or CyberArk.
- Have programming or scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or Bash.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployments of 1Kosmos solutions for enterprise and public-sector customers.
- Conduct discovery workshops, architecture reviews, and technical design sessions.
- Develop implementation plans, migration strategies, and deployment runbooks.
- Design and implement SSO integrations using SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, and WS-Federation.
- Deploy passwordless authentication and identity proofing workflows, including integrations with VPNs, VDI, workforce applications, and customer-facing applications.
- Integrate with identity providers, Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, SIEM platforms, and MFA solutions.
- Develop automation scripts and integration tools, and build and troubleshoot REST API integrations.
- Support escalated technical issues and complex production environments, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams.
