Requirements
- Bring 3–5 years of product management experience.
- Have ideally owned a data-centric product roadmap.
- Have direct experience with healthcare claims data and pricing mechanics.
- Understand how claims are adjudicated and paid against contracted rates.
- Price transparency data experience is a strong plus.
- Understand how healthcare stakeholders—including payers, providers, life sciences, employers and brokers, digital health, and care navigation—use data to make decisions.
- Be comfortable treating internal teams as customers and balancing self-directed roadmap work with other teams’ timelines.
- Be able to reason about data models, tradeoffs, and definitions without owning or building the technical pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and roadmap for claims data across sources, prioritizing development and investment.
- Understand data-source usage terms and constraints and identify ways to build value within them.
- Manage external data partnerships and work with partners to improve data and understand the market.
- Own claims data ingestion across formats and improve reliability, quality, and mapping.
- Make claims data and its underlying logic reusable by other product teams.
- Bring relevant claims data into AI and analytics experiences.
- Shape customer-facing reporting and insights experiences for customers who share claims data.
- Enable Strategy & Operations and Solutions Engineering to access claims data for client projects and analyses.
- Build and maintain reusable claims dimensions and benchmarking tables.
