Experience: At least 5 years of professional software development experience

At least 5 years of professional software development experience, including substantial hands-on PHP and Symfony application development.
A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience designing, building, and maintaining production integrations and automation workflows involving third-party systems.
Strong software architecture skills for scalable, maintainable, and monitorable applications.
Knowledge of relational data modeling and databases such as PostgreSQL, with practical Doctrine ORM experience.
Expert knowledge of PHP 8 and the Symfony framework.
Experience with caching technologies such as Redis.
Experience with Symfony Messenger or comparable message queue systems, asynchronous processing, background jobs, and worker management.
Experience integrating systems through REST, GraphQL, and SOAP APIs, including webhooks, bulk operations, rate limits, and reliable synchronization.
Practical experience with web crawling, web scraping, and Node.js headless browser automation using tools such as Playwright or Puppeteer.
Knowledge of modern JavaScript frontend development, ideally with React.
Experience maintaining PHPUnit unit tests, Playwright end-to-end tests, and CI/CD pipelines.

Own and evolve the architecture of the internal business automation platform.
Design and maintain relational data models for customers, orders, leads, accounts, and products.
Build and improve synchronization workflows connecting ERP systems, eCommerce stores, and sales tools.
Develop integrations using GraphQL, REST, and SOAP APIs, bulk operations, and webhooks.
Improve synchronization reliability by handling rate limits, missing records, failures, and data inconsistencies.
Build browser automation and web scraping workflows using headless browsers in Node.js.
Use AI models to enrich and categorize product data.
Manage Symfony Messenger queues, scheduled jobs, background workers, and asynchronous processing.
Maintain production monitoring, alerts, operational digests, runbooks, and incident response.
Develop React-based internal interfaces and strengthen automated testing and CI/CD execution.
