Requirements
- Bring experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration solutions.
- Demonstrate strong SQL and Python programming skills.
- Have practical experience with APIs, data connectors, and cross-system integrations.
- Understand data modelling, data transformation, and data architecture.
- Have experience delivering or supporting complex data migration projects.
- Apply analytical and troubleshooting skills to data quality issues.
- Work independently and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Have strong documentation and communication skills.
- Experience integrating enterprise HR platforms and handling employee-related data is a plus.
- Familiarity with Workday and data loading and extraction tools used by HR systems is a plus.
- Experience migrating historical employee, employment, and compensation records is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain reliable data pipelines and integrations between enterprise systems.
- Implement API-based data exchange and automated data ingestion processes.
- Define data mapping rules and transformation standards with business stakeholders.
- Coordinate technical migration activities, monitor progress, and support successful delivery.
- Investigate data inconsistencies and integration failures, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Apply data modelling and architecture best practices and maintain technical documentation.
