Requirements
- Have 15+ years of software engineering or architecture experience.
- Have at least 4+ years of experience with deep AI integrations.
- Bring experience in IAM, Directory-as-a-Service, Zero Trust, or endpoint management.
- Have a track record designing, building, and maintaining distributed cloud architectures and data pipelines at massive scale.
- Demonstrate adaptability and experience driving technical change.
- Have experience mentoring engineers and elevating technical teams.
- Be able to communicate complex technical concepts as strategic guidance to engineering and executive leadership.
- Be capable of analyzing competitors' products and translating industry insights into architectural advantages.
- Preferred: Experience with GDPR, CCPA, AI ethics, and data security.
- Preferred: Coding proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, or similar for proof-of-concepts.
- Preferred: Expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure AI ecosystems and Kubernetes or Docker.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the platform architecture and propose or implement design changes that leverage AI advancements.
- Champion AI internally and externally and develop an AI vision aligned with business goals in the Identity space.
- Advise the Head of Engineering and executive leadership, translating AI developments into product and engineering strategies.
- Architect scalable, secure AI-driven systems for large data volumes and high-traffic identity workflows.
- Mentor engineers and engineering managers and support continuous learning across technical teams.
- Analyze competitors and trends in AI and Identity/Directory-as-a-Service markets.
- Adapt technical strategies as AI models, frameworks, and security requirements evolve.
