Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in software engineering and architecture.
- At least four years focused on deep AI integrations.
- Demonstrated experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Directory-as-a-Service (DaaS), Zero Trust security, endpoint management, or comparable enterprise identity platforms.
- Strong knowledge of AI integration strategies, modern software architecture, distributed systems, and scalable cloud-based platforms.
- Track record designing, building, and maintaining distributed architectures and data pipelines for substantial workloads.
- Experience guiding senior technical professionals, mentoring engineers, and influencing engineering managers.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts and provide actionable recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to participate in scheduled on-call rotations.
- Candidates must reside in India and be authorized to work there.
- Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, AI ethics, and secure system design is desirable.
- Hands-on proficiency in a modern programming language such as Python, Go, or Rust is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure, plus Docker and Kubernetes, is an advantage.
- Experience with technical publications, conference presentations, open-source contributions, or public advocacy for AI and emerging technologies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate platform architecture and design solutions incorporating emerging AI technologies and modern engineering practices.
- Champion AI integration across engineering and product development and establish a technical vision aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with engineering executives and senior leadership on architectural strategies and product roadmaps.
- Design and oversee distributed cloud architectures and data pipelines for large-scale workloads and high-volume identity operations.
- Guide identity and access management, directory services, Zero Trust, and endpoint management capabilities.
- Coach engineers and engineering managers and raise technical standards across the organization.
- Analyze competing technologies and market developments in AI and identity management.
- Assess emerging AI models, frameworks, cloud technologies, and security requirements as the technology landscape evolves.
- Contribute hands-on coding and experimentation to validate concepts and architectural improvements.
- Incorporate data protection, privacy, ethical considerations, and regulatory requirements into architectural decisions.
