Job Details

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy to adults
Required Skills: Google Workspace

Hold independent South Carolina licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LISW-CP, or Licensed Psychologist.
Have at least 2 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy to adults.
Have experience providing therapy to healthcare professionals, mental healthcare workers, and/or first responders.
Be available for at least 10–15 hours per week.
Be comfortable delivering therapy via video platforms.
Be comfortable using EHRs, digital scheduling tools, and Google Workspace.
Be able to incorporate assessment and measurement-based tools, such as PHQ-9, to monitor progress and treatment outcomes.
Have experience utilizing CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, or the Gottman Method.
Demonstrate commitment to cultural humility and patient-centered care.

Deliver confidential teletherapy sessions to doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals using the HIPAA-compliant Zoom platform.
Use evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, or the Gottman Method.
Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes in the EHR.
Use measurement-based tools such as PHQ-9 and GAD-7 to monitor client progress.
Provide therapy to adult healthcare workers.
