Requirements
- Have a personal computer running Windows 10 or Windows 11 with 8GB RAM; MAC, Chromebook, Linux, and S mode are not supported.
- Have a strong internet connection.
- Be technologically proficient.
- Have strong communication and listening skills and phone presence.
- Handle problems and issues in a tactful manner.
- Demonstrate attention to detail.
- Preferred: Have a minimum of one year of experience in finance, investments, or a call center environment.
- Preferred: Have financial or personal/professional experience with stocks or investments.
- Preferred: Hold a bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or another related field.
- Experience in a Salesforce environment is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Place calls to existing stockholders.
- Provide assistance to stockholders.
- Answer stockholder questions.
- Offer voting services for Annual/Special Shareholder Meetings.
