Requirements
- Have 2+ years of IT experience with exposure to multiple areas, including end-user support, security, networks, remote environments and access management.
- Have experience in a SaaS-centric environment using Office 365 or Google Workspace, Slack, MDMs and other cloud-management tools to support 100+ team members.
- Have a background supporting Mac and Windows environments for end users.
- Demonstrate troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills to investigate unfamiliar issues and identify root causes.
- Be able to think strategically, anticipate challenges and recommend improvements to IT operations.
- Demonstrate ownership and sound judgment, including communicating risks and knowing when escalation is appropriate.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Be organized and detail-oriented, manage multiple priorities and adapt as business needs change.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day IT support, ticket management, technical troubleshooting and strategic projects.
- Investigate complex or unfamiliar issues, identify root causes and determine the best path forward.
- Coordinate priorities with the IT team and maintain consistent support practices.
- Configure and support networks, Google Workspace, device-management platforms and other cloud-based systems across Mac and Windows environments.
- Improve onboarding, offboarding, security and access-management processes.
- Manage hardware procurement, inventory, shipping, receiving, repairs, replacements and upgrades.
- Manage technology-vendor relationships.
- Identify recurring issues and process gaps, recommend improvements and lead projects through completion.
