- Have medical editing experience.
- Have publications experience.
- Have experience with EndNote.
- Experience with multiple therapeutic areas and media formats is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support Managing Editors and their aligned teams with their daily and evolving needs.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant style guidelines for aligned accounts, including client-specific, AMA, and Chicago styles.
- Contribute to maintaining and updating the Editorial SOP, frequently encountered editorial questions and issues, and team-specific requests and preferences.
- Address copy-editing questions from scientific directors and other team members.
- Review content for grammatical and stylistic standards and, when requested, for sense and story.
- Communicate in a timely manner with Accounts, Scientific, and third-party contributors.
