Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant hands-on work experience.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning models.
- Hands-on experience with Python and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, and regular expressions.
- Understanding of model evaluation techniques and performance metrics.
- Experience with model training, fine-tuning, and experimentation.
- Familiarity with NLP and LLM applications.
- Bonus: Experience with Hugging Face Transformers or spaCy.
- Bonus: Exposure to AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, or Azure AI.
- Bonus: Knowledge of MLOps practices, including CI/CD for ML models.
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI ethics, bias detection, and model interpretability.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, training, and fine-tuning machine learning models.
- Clean and preprocess large datasets, perform feature engineering, and prepare training data.
- Implement and optimize deep learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Support AI application research and development in NLP, LLMs, and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with software engineers to deploy and integrate AI models into production, including model-integrated API services.
- Conduct experiments, analyze results, and improve model accuracy, efficiency, latency, and performance.
- Stay updated with advancements in AI and machine learning.
