Requirements
- Have 3+ years of billing or related experience.
- Demonstrate strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP.
- Interpret contracts and manage complex billing requirements.
- Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to make independent decisions.
- Learn and navigate multiple systems.
- Bring strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Provide strong customer service.
- Work independently or with a team.
- Be willing to learn and use AI tools in daily workflows.
- SaaS or subscription-based billing experience is preferred.
- NetSuite experience is highly preferred; familiarity with Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Zuora, or Chargebee is also relevant.
- Salesforce and Zendesk experience is preferred.
- An associate degree or higher is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer billing, invoicing, and new account setup.
- Review contracts to ensure accurate billing.
- Research billing discrepancies, resolve customer inquiries, and process credits.
- Respond to billing and finance requests through Zendesk or similar platforms.
- Prepare monthly billing reports using Excel and AI tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and efficiency.
- Support special projects and annual audits as needed.
