Experience: 8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, with at least 4 years owning billing, payments, subscription commerce or a core platform.

Have 8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS.
Have at least 4 years owning billing, payments, subscription commerce or a core platform.
Understand subscriptions, trials, upgrades and downgrades, proration, payment recovery, refunds, chargebacks, multi-currency and tax.
Have worked with Stripe or a comparable platform such as Zuora, Chargebee, Recurly or Adyen, and understand how these platforms work under the hood.
Be able to read an API spec and follow data across systems, including webhooks, retries, source of truth and rollback plans.
Be able to write SQL to validate a number and engage with engineers on estimates and design.
Have shipped a migration, cutover or pricing change with customer and revenue stakes; plan testing, rollback and controls.
Use AI tools to research, analyze data and work faster.

Set the vision and multi-year roadmap for subscriptions, plans and pricing, invoicing, payment methods, payment recovery, refunds and account changes.
Own the migration from the in-house billing system to Stripe Billing, including phasing, success metrics, testing, cutover and sign-off.
Make price changes, new plans and add-ons easier to launch, keeping customer charges aligned with product access.
Partner with Engineering and Security on sign-in, single sign-on, account access and the identity platform.
Modernize Finance, Support and Operations tools for bill adjustments, refunds and account migrations, and introduce automation.
Set priorities across Finance, FP&A, RevOps, Support and Sales, explain trade-offs and build alignment.
Define billing across systems so reporting and revenue align, supporting revenue recognition, audits and access controls.
Mentor product managers and help set product practices across billing and platform teams.
