Requirements
- Have a degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent professional expertise.
- Have 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial planning.
- Bring strong financial modeling skills.
- Understand the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
- Have advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Be fluent in English.
- Have strong written communication skills.
- Preferred: experience with planning platforms, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
- Preferred: financial modeling experience across multiple business units.
Responsibilities
- Design tasks involving budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow planning, unit economics, and scenario modeling.
- Build reference solutions with transparent formulas, documented assumptions, and reconciled financial outputs.
- Evaluate agents combining financial and operational data, identifying performance drivers, and updating forecasts.
- Define criteria for model integrity, calculation accuracy, analytical depth, and usefulness of recommendations.
- Identify formula errors, inconsistent assumptions, double counting, and unsupported business conclusions.
