Job Details

Have backend development expertise with .NET Core (C#) and familiarity with ASP.NET.
Demonstrate hands-on proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
Have experience using Claude Code via terminal, IDE, and GitHub integrations.
Have practical experience applying AI agents and AI-driven workflows across the software development life cycle.
Understand SOLID and DRY principles and microservices and monolithic design patterns.
Have experience with relational and non-relational databases, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Have experience with query optimization and schema design.
Be familiar with cloud platforms, especially AWS, containerization, RESTful API design, Git, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
Demonstrate initiative, ownership, analytical problem-solving, adaptability, and collaboration.

Design, build, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient fullstack applications using .NET Core and React.
Address security vulnerabilities across frontend and backend codebases, following secure coding standards and OWASP principles.
Translate architectural guidelines into clean, maintainable, well-tested code and contribute technical insights to design discussions.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, reliability, and backend/frontend interactions.
Use AI tools and agentic workflows, including Claude Code, for feature delivery, cross-file refactoring, and automated testing.
Drive unit, integration, and end-to-end test coverage and uphold code quality and CI/CD standards.
Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
