Requirements
- Have 10–14 years of work experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter.
- Have a bachelor’s degree.
- Bring strong Microsoft Excel and Google platform skills.
- Consulting-company experience with global operations, including the US and India, is highly preferred.
- Experience hiring talent in data science, analytics, data engineering, and machine learning engineering is preferred.
- Knowledge of work visas and immigration is a plus.
- Be proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work with limited supervision.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced, growing environment and adapt to evolving requirements.
- Be detail-oriented and organized, and produce high-quality work.
Responsibilities
- Lead leadership and senior-level hiring mandates across business and technology functions, from requirement intake and talent mapping to offer negotiation and closure.
- Build proactive pipelines for senior leadership positions using market intelligence, competitor mapping, executive networks, referrals, and direct headhunting.
- Partner with business leaders, CXOs, and hiring managers to understand strategic talent needs, define hiring priorities, and influence hiring decisions.
- Develop tailored search strategies for niche and business-critical roles.
- Lead and mentor recruiters, review pipeline quality, track hiring metrics, and provide updates on progress, risks, and closure plans.
- Drive senior-level compensation discussions, manage candidate expectations, and mitigate offer dropouts through candidate engagement and negotiation.
