Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience shipping high-quality code to production.
- Have experience building full-stack web applications on a modern stack.
- Demonstrate strong React and TypeScript fundamentals, including state management, data fetching, performance, and testing.
- Have experience building backend APIs in Python or a similar language.
- Have experience with GraphQL or comparable API design.
- Have experience with relational database storage.
- Bring hands-on experience building with LLMs or agent tooling, including tools, skills, or evaluations, or fluency with AI-assisted development and verification.
- Have experience working directly with customers and design to turn ambiguous needs into shipped features.
- Have clear communication skills.
- Data visualization or data-intensive application experience is a bonus.
- Experimentation platform experience is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Develop features across the React/TypeScript client, APIs, and database, owning them from design through on-call.
- Work with design and key customers to shape intuitive experiences and visualize experiment results.
- Build AI-enabled workflows and interfaces to help users create, validate, and analyze experiments.
- Create evaluations to maintain the quality of AI-enabled workflows.
- Use AI-assisted development and help the team establish good practices for it.
- Work with data science partners to bring new methodology into the product.
- Participate in experiment reviews to understand platform usage and identify shortcomings.
