Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of experience in the FX/CFD and online trading industry.
- Experience in the Philippines region is preferred.
- Have at least 1 year of management or leadership experience in sales, business development, or partner management.
- Be fluent in Filipino and have good English proficiency.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Be able to work independently in a remote setup.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the Philippines market and develop and execute plans to grow the client base, revenue, and brand presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, affiliates, and other stakeholders in the Philippines.
- Identify market expansion opportunities, including lead generation, local marketing channels, and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee onboarding and engagement of trading clients, affiliates, IBs, Money Managers, and other partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with marketing, customer support, and operations.
- Represent FP Markets in the Philippines at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
