Experience: 3+ years of experience in returns, reverse logistics, fulfilment, or ecommerce operations.

Have 3+ years of experience in returns, reverse logistics, fulfilment, or ecommerce operations; candidates from freight forwarding, international or traditional logistics, shipping companies, or 3PL operations may also be considered.
Have hands-on experience with returns-management or warehouse software and the ability to learn partner platforms quickly.
Have working knowledge of international shipping and freight.
Have strong analytical skills and confidence using Excel or Google Sheets to analyse return volumes and costs.
Be able to recommend operational improvements based on volume and cost data.
Have high attention to detail, especially with account data and invoicing.
Communicate clearly and with a customer focus with merchants, partners, and internal teams.
Manage multiple merchants and priorities independently.
Be fluent in English.

Set up, onboard, and maintain merchant returns programs and accurate account configurations in partner software and the client’s platform.
Submit setup information to return-processing partners, follow up on activation, and update merchants on setup status.
Coordinate the preparation and shipment of returned cartons and pallets to the country of origin or other designated locations.
Coordinate with return-processing and logistics partners, including consolidating returns into bulk shipments when volume allows.
Review return-facility and inventory information, identify idle stock or location issues, and help determine suitable facility options.
Analyse return volumes, locations, and costs to recommend improvements that reduce merchants’ costs.
Review partner invoices and prepare accurate monthly merchant invoices and breakdowns in coordination with finance, using JIRA in the current workflow.
Help merchants set up fast fulfilment, track orders, and resolve order issues.
Share returns metrics and updates and collaborate with merchants, partners, finance, logistics, and internal teams.
