Job Details

Have 7+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a creative or digital agency, and a strong portfolio of high-profile work.
Bring experience working within web3, blockchain, fintech, AI, or emerging tech companies.
Have a proven ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects as a hands-on contributor.
Have experience creating broadcast-quality advertisements using AI-driven design tools and traditional methods.
Demonstrate strong command of branding, digital design, UX/UI, motion, and visual storytelling.
Have experience with design systems and scalable visual frameworks.
Be able to explain creative rationale to stakeholders and clients through strong communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrate strong organization and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
Be proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with familiarity with WebGL, GSAP, or Three.js.
Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.

Own top-priority MoonPay and partner projects from concept through delivery.
Lead creative for key launches and go-to-market campaigns, contributing original ideas and hands-on design.
Create cohesive work across brand, product, motion, and AI video.
Partner with the Executive Creative Director to uphold Otherlife’s design standards and visual identity.
Mentor designers through design reviews, feedback, and guidance.
Collaborate with project managers, strategists, and developers to deliver work efficiently.
Present creative work to stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Stay current on design trends, tools, and AI workflows, and bring them into the team’s process.
