SalaryAll LPN's, once trained to their originally assigned team are paid $19 per hour. All nurses are eligible for a $1 shift differential for overnights and a $1 shift differential for weekends (Saturday & Sunday).

Requirements
- Have or be willing to obtain a Compact LPN license.
- Have experience with end-of-life care.
- Speak, write, and read English and Spanish proficiently.
- Have high-speed internet.
- Be comfortable using spreadsheets.
- Have keyboard competence and be tech savvy.
- Be able to multitask in a fast-paced role.
- Work every other Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 7pm CST.
Responsibilities
- Manage encounters requiring a nurse visit that have been placed in a workgroup by a triage nurse.
- Prioritize workgroup encounters based on acuity.
- Use internal tools to identify the correct on-call staff member.
- Place outbound calls to on-call staff to arrange visits and relay call information.
