Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in channel management.
Channel management experience focused on Insight Enterprises or similar large channel partners preferred.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through channel partnerships and exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of technology products and services, particularly in the IT industry.
Mobility products experience is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Ability to travel up to 30%.

Develop and execute a channel strategy for Insight Enterprises aligned with business goals.
Build relationships with Insight executives, sales teams, and account managers.
Identify business opportunities, promote products and services, and support sales to drive channel revenue growth.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams on channel initiatives.
Provide performance updates, forecasts, and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments for channel opportunities and risks.
Negotiate and manage partner agreements, pricing, and incentives.
Lead joint business planning sessions, QBRs, and other strategic meetings with Insight Enterprises.
Mentor and support funded Head resources through guidance and training.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner forums.
