Job Details

Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Have 15+ years of related experience.
Bring advanced knowledge of Avaya systems design and analysis, including configuration and/or programming of complex infrastructure, database, or application systems.
Adapt to changing business and client needs and technical environments.
Demonstrate innovative thinking in Avaya design when appropriate to meet business needs.
Have proficiency in voice, IP, ATM, optical, wireless, multimedia, unified communications, and video technologies.
Bring analytical skills and project and resource management skills.

Identify solutions based on business and technical criteria, analyze alternatives, and implement designs.
Research current and emerging technologies and process methodologies, and recommend changes or tailoring.
Assess existing system and business-process architectures and recommend improvements with staff.
Ensure technical architecture teams deliver system solutions that support business goals.
Develop and maintain service design procedures and processes using frameworks and methodologies.
Prepare and present test plans, technical presentations, and analyst briefings.
Identify customer requirements, evaluate alternatives, and recommend software, platform, and network configurations.
Update stakeholders on project cost, schedule, and quality against their objectives.
Develop opportunities, strategic plans, tactical timelines, market studies, lifecycle sustainment plans, and project pricing for Unified Communications solutions.
Prepare technical solutions, bills of materials, pricing, labor, and services for re-compete RFPs.
