Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s or university degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Have experience in project and budget management.
- Have experience in biotech, specializing in events.
- Know current event automation technology and customer experience practices.
- Have knowledge of analytics and ROI reporting.
- Be able to travel 25% nationally and internationally.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record.
- Be able to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 30 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of global events, including logistics, operations, vendor management, budgeting, and onsite delivery.
- Develop and execute integrated event marketing strategies to drive awareness, registration, engagement, and post-event impact.
- Partner with marketing, sales, product, and regional stakeholders to align event objectives with business priorities.
- Create event experiences that reflect the company’s brand, values, and messaging and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Use customer insights, feedback, and market trends to design programs that address audience challenges and facilitate scientific and technical conversations.
