Requirements
- Have 5+ years of professional experience building web applications.
- Have led a team in a manager capacity.
- Bring strong full-stack experience with TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Have proven experience in logistics tech.
- Have experience designing and maintaining REST and/or tRPC APIs.
- Have hands-on experience with Redis, Stripe or a similar payment platform, and AWS or an equivalent cloud platform.
- Bring strong debugging, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills.
- Have experience delivering complex platforms end to end in startup or fast-paced environments.
- Be comfortable working remotely with EST–PST timezone overlap.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack features using Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Lead complex integrations with freight forwarders, airlines, and external partners.
- Design and optimize REST and tRPC APIs, databases, and caching with PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders to deliver features from concept to launch.
- Participate in standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to system architecture, engineering standards, and best practices.
- Write tests and documentation, and support knowledge sharing and mentoring.
- Own features end to end, from implementation through production.
