Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
- Professional experience developing software using TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of operating-system fundamentals, including memory management, CPU architecture and scheduling, filesystems, process lifecycles, and networking.
- Experience using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with assertion frameworks and tools for automating regression tests, such as Mocha.
- Prior experience working on data-intensive applications and/or data-stream processing.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate feature delivery without sacrificing quality.
- Able to participate in stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize data collection agents that run across Windows, Linux, and Mac environments.
- Collaborate with UX designers, Product Managers, and engineers to translate feature requirements into user experiences.
- Own the development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and maintenance.
- Develop automated tests and comprehensive test plans for product features.
- Maintain and support SaaS products, including participation in 24x7 on-call rotations.
