Requirements
- Have previous experience in apprenticeship sales or employer engagement.
- Demonstrate a proven track record generating new business.
- Have experience working with construction employers.
- Have strong knowledge of funded apprenticeships.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Be able to work independently from home.
- Bring a consultative sales approach and strong relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop new employer relationships across the construction sector.
- Generate apprenticeship vacancies and learner starts.
- Promote Construction Apprenticeship programmes to employers.
- Build relationships with SMEs and larger construction organisations.
- Attend networking events, employer visits and industry meetings.
- Develop a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Manage employer engagement from lead generation through to apprenticeship enrolment.
- Work collaboratively with recruitment, enrolment and delivery teams.
- Achieve monthly apprenticeship start and revenue targets.
- Advise employers on apprenticeship funding and workforce development.
