Job Details

Have 5+ years of product management experience.
Bring experience ideally in healthtech, analytics, or AI/ML.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Have a track record of data-driven decision-making.
Bring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with EHR data models and healthcare data exchange standards such as HL7 and FHIR is a plus.
Experience integrating analytics and AI into customer workflows and EHR systems is a plus.
Experience with healthcare AI use cases such as NLP and computer vision is a plus.
Understanding of healthcare operations and performance metrics, including OR utilization, revenue cycle, and care quality, is a plus.
Experience launching early-stage or 0-to-1 products is a plus.
Experience with LLMs and chat interfaces is a plus.

Define and prioritize the operating room intelligence product roadmap based on customer needs and strategic goals.
Lead product discovery and delivery for analytics, platform, and AI features, including computer vision and natural language processing.
Collaborate with engineering, data science, and clinical teams to build scalable, interoperable solutions.
Partner with sales and customer success to identify high-impact use cases in surgical operations.
Integrate with EHR systems using HL7 and FHIR standards to enrich data and support clinical workflows.
Use data and metrics to identify opportunities and drive measurable improvements in customer outcomes.
Maintain continuous customer feedback loops to ensure product-market fit and real impact.
Champion a customer-obsessed mindset across product and engineering.
