Job Details

- Bilingualism (English and French) is required. Proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.

Requirements
- Have experience in disability benefit calculations.
- Demonstrate strong mathematical skills.
- Be proficient in the MS Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Read and interpret group insurance contracts and apply their provisions.
- Be proficient in both English and French.
- Demonstrate a strong customer service focus and empathy when delivering difficult messages.
- Communicate exceptionally well, both orally and in writing.
- Be open to continuous learning, change, and improvement.
- Experience with Navigator is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Calculate and code offsets and adjusted Short Term Disability (STD) and Long Term Disability (LTD) benefits in Navigator.
- Explain overpayment amounts to plan members verbally and in writing.
- Follow up with plan members to obtain reimbursement of overpayments.
- Negotiate acceptable repayment plans when necessary.
- Proceed with claim recoveries in Navigator.
