Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in order management, order-to-cash, billing operations, or revenue operations at a SaaS company.
- Have hands-on experience with Salesforce (RLM or CPQ).
- Have experience with an ERP such as NetSuite.
- Have experience with a payment processor such as Stripe.
- Understand how order entry decisions flow downstream into billing and revenue.
- Have advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including pivots, XLOOKUP, and reconciling large datasets across systems.
- Be comfortable with data query tools.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and a track record of producing quality work under quarter-end pressure.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication across finance and non-finance audiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage orders end to end, from contract review and order entry through invoicing, meeting SLAs and validating completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance.
- Answer Sales and Support questions about billing and invoicing.
- Investigate discrepancies and booking blockers across systems with cross-functional partners and follow them through to resolution.
- Review routine orders processed by other analysts and BPO partners, identify error patterns, and drive resolution.
- Write and execute test scripts for new products, SKUs, pricing models, and billing system releases.
- Run end-to-end tests from order through billing, document bugs, and work with cross-functional partners to resolve them.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close, including reconciliations, accruals, and data integrity across systems.
- Maintain SOX controls, audit documentation, SOPs, and test cases.
- Take ownership of projects related to process improvement, system upgrades, or controls enhancements across the order-to-cash lifecycle.
