Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Have at least 7 years of experience in recruitment process management, focused on Oracle Cloud Recruitment modules and solutions.
- Demonstrate expertise in Oracle Cloud Recruitment functionalities, components, and their application to recruitment operations.
- Analyze recruitment processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement technology-driven solutions.
- Have experience with recruitment data analysis, validation, reporting, and data integrity management.
- Bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across teams.
- Work independently, lead initiatives, provide expert guidance, and support team development in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with other Oracle Cloud applications and modules is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience in iterative implementation environments are desirable.
- Oracle Cloud Recruitment certifications are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment processes in alignment with organizational objectives, operational standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Provide Oracle Cloud Recruitment module guidance, technical expertise, and ongoing support to recruitment teams.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications and process improvements.
- Design, implement, configure, and optimize recruitment workflows using Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Analyze, validate, and quality-check recruitment data to maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Deliver training, documentation, and ongoing support on Oracle Cloud Recruitment functionalities and system capabilities.
- Monitor Oracle Cloud developments and recruitment industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on implementation initiatives and recruitment technology outcomes.
