Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience with Syspro and Acumatica, or be able to learn Acumatica quickly.
- Bring a strong technical background with SaaS or ERP products.
- Understand ERP systems, SaaS products, and financial processes, particularly accounts payable.
- Be comfortable reading and understanding code and navigating integrations and data flows.
- Be able to diagnose technical issues and collaborate across teams to solve them.
- Interact with customers confidently and professionally.
- Bring strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Be comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid team setup.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support client implementations of Traild’s AP automation platform with Syspro and Acumatica.
- Assist the sales team in demonstrating how Traild can streamline, automate, and protect prospects’ accounts payable.
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot technical integrations to support deployment and user adoption.
- Work with customers to understand business requirements and provide tailored ERP and accounts payable solutions.
- Provide technical support to clients, including escalated issues and complex ERP-related inquiries.
- Create and maintain documentation, technical notes, and knowledge base articles.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Success, and Technology teams on customer success and solution delivery.
- Stay current with ERP platforms and contribute to improving Traild’s integration capabilities.
