Requirements
- Have 5–7 years of related experience in sales roles within the digital media industry.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree.
- Have experience selling across major European markets.
- Bring strong relationships with major agencies and brands.
- Know online media planning terms and processes.
- Understand Display, Search, ReTargeting, and similar performance media advertising products.
- Understand cross-platform sales across desktop, mobile, in-app, and content marketing.
- Have a demonstrated record of success in a dynamic, goal-oriented sales environment.
- Be proficient with CRM systems.
- Have strong project management, multitasking, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Be open to feedback and able to adjust approaches as needed.
- Multi-lingual skills are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop direct client and agency relationships across UK and EU countries.
- Sell Mozilla advertising products, including Suggested Shortcuts, Search, and Display / Native Advertising placements.
- Meet and exceed revenue and logo sales targets.
- Understand client needs and present relevant solutions.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline through prospecting, outreach, and industry events.
- Track, analyze, and communicate advertiser campaign performance.
- Maintain detailed sales activity records using CRM tools.
- Present client feedback to product and marketing teams and help develop sales offerings that meet client needs.
- Represent Mozilla values concerning consumer choice, trust, and privacy in interactions with prospects and clients.
