Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or another Engineering field.
- 10+ years of experience in high-voltage equipment, preferably circuit breakers or other key substation components.
- Deep understanding of sub-transmission applications and utility processes in the US.
- Experience in technical sales, product management, or business development.
- Experience with vacuum interrupter technology and SF6-free solutions and regulation.
- Familiarity with IEEE/ANSI standards for high-voltage products.
- Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally may be required.
Responsibilities
- Drive U.S. sub-transmission market expansion by developing new utility, EPC, and OEM opportunities.
- Shape go-to-market plans and secure product homologation.
- Lead configuration discussions, advanced feature evaluations, and pre-sales solution design as the primary technical interface.
- Ensure IEEE/ANSI compliance.
- Represent the company in industry bodies and help shape evolving technical specifications.
- Build strategic ecosystem relationships.
- Channel customer insights to guide product evolution, digital integration, and adoption of sustainable SF6-free technology.
