Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Background in software development or system architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Zapier and/or Make.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude in development workflows.
- Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations.
- Experience with GitHub, including version control and repositories.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure or virtual servers.
- WordPress development or administration experience.
- Strong written English and documentation skills.
- Ability to overlap with US Pacific Time.
- Preferred: experience with Python or a similar scripting language.
- Preferred: familiarity with GoHighLevel, Mindbody, or Acuity.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business operations and identify automation opportunities.
- Define automation hypotheses and expected outcomes.
- Design scalable AI and automation architectures and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Build end-to-end automations using tools such as Zapier or Make.
- Integrate AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude into workflows.
- Test, deploy, optimize, and monitor automation systems and resolve issues.
- Manage WordPress environments, hosting, domains, and basic server administration.
- Write step-by-step documentation and train team members to use and maintain systems.
