Requirements
- Bring 5 or more years of provisioning automation experience.
- Have experience with provisioning or workflow tooling and platforms.
- Have experience with Python, Workato, Make, and other automation tools.
- Have experience in provisioning, entitlement or licensing, order management, sales operations, or customer support operations.
- Be able to turn manual, multi-step processes into documented, testable, automated workflows.
- Have project scoping and prioritization skills, connecting technical work to revenue and SLA impact.
- Be organized and detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate effectively and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
- Salesforce experience, including automation, flows, or integrations, is preferred.
- IT or cybersecurity industry experience and prior SaaS provisioning or onboarding experience are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Expand provisioning automation coverage to reduce manual operational work.
- Partner with Product and GTM to build and test provisioning workflows ahead of product rollouts.
- Identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks and process gaps before they cause incidents.
- Connect Salesforce, licensing and entitlement platforms, and product consoles to trigger downstream provisioning from closed orders.
- Scope initiatives, write requirements, and drive integration, access, and tooling work with IT and Engineering.
- Prioritize initiatives by revenue, SLA, and customer impact, keeping the roadmap aligned with month- and quarter-end needs.
- Support automated tools, scripts, and runbooks, and resolve technical blockers in daily workflows.
- Test and monitor automated pipelines, handle exception and approval routing, and maintain entitlement and compliance controls.
- Build customer migration and conversion workflows, revoke access, reclaim licenses, and close instances at term end.
- Document workflows and exceptions, and report automation coverage, time saved, and error rates.
