Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Have proven experience as an Identity Application Security Specialist, Application Manager, or User admin in IIQ.
- Have a good understanding of applications and identity access management.
- Bring a self-driven, motivated, and collaborative approach.
- Have good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge or experience developing Microsoft Copilot use cases related to Mainframe data or RACF accesses is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze application security and user access management.
- Analyze access-related data to identify inactive, excessive, or unnecessary user permissions.
- Assess findings and recommend actions based on business requirements.
- Engage with business stakeholders, application managers, and system providers to obtain necessary information.
- Facilitate onboarding to SailPoint IIQ or cleanup of access groups, user access, and service accounts.
- Assist in prioritizing efforts and managing scope changes.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
