Requirements
- Have 5-10+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Consulting, Service Delivery, Solution Design, Security Operations, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Bring strong generalist knowledge across Security Operations and cybersecurity domains.
- Have experience discussing business and technical requirements directly with enterprise customers.
- Demonstrate experience building teams from the ground up.
- Have experience managing teams of 5-10 individuals.
- Have experience in Managed Services and Managed Team environments.
- Bring a customer-focused mindset and commercial awareness.
- Be able to lead initiatives independently and drive projects from identification through execution.
- Have strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Be fluent in German at a minimum C1 level and proficient in English.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop Managed Team and Managed Service opportunities in Security Operations.
- Participate in customer workshops, discovery sessions, requirement gathering, and RFP processes.
- Analyze customer operating models and security-related delivery challenges.
- Support the creation of service concepts, target operating models, and scalable delivery frameworks.
- Coordinate communication with customers and internal stakeholders as the primary contact.
- Build Security Operations teams from scratch, including capability planning and staffing concepts.
- Manage and support teams of 5-10 people.
- Drive Security capability development and collaboration between nearshore delivery and customer organizations.
- Contribute to strategic pursuits, proposal development, and practice growth initiatives.
- Help customers evaluate and enhance their Security Operations capabilities.
