Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of commercial experience managing and coordinating IT projects as a Project Manager.
- Have experience delivering international IT projects or initiatives at group level.
- Know the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) domain and KYC (Know Your Customer) processes.
- Have experience working in an Agile environment.
- Have practical experience with Jira.
- Have experience managing project dependencies, risks, and schedules.
- Have experience in the banking or financial sector.
- Have very good English for communication in an international environment.
- Transaction monitoring or compliance project experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with business stakeholders and maintain information flow among project participants.
- Manage dependencies between projects within a wider transformation program.
- Monitor project progress and identify risks that could affect timely delivery.
- Define project scope and oversee key milestones and deadlines.
- Work with Legal, Compliance, and Risk on regulatory and business initiatives.
- Coordinate collaboration between business teams, technology teams, and group partners.
- Support decision-making by analyzing requirements and project dependencies.
- Maintain project documentation in accordance with the applicable methodology.
