Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional project management experience, preferably in global, complex or strategic transformation projects.
- Higher education in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management or a related field.
- Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle, from planning and initiation to execution, monitoring and closure.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, including PMI/PMBOK, Agile, Scrum or Lean.
- Experience with structured project governance frameworks, project documentation and phase-gate methodologies.
- Practical knowledge of project management and collaboration tools; Monday.com, Jira and ServiceNow are preferred examples.
- Experience coordinating multinational, cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams in a matrix organization.
- Stakeholder management experience, including cooperation with senior management, project sponsors and steering committees.
- Planning, prioritization, problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
- Ability to translate complex requirements and ambiguous situations into structured plans and actionable solutions.
- Fluent English at minimum C1 level, written and spoken.
- PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage; Polish or German is an additional advantage.
Responsibilities
- Translate strategic objectives into project plans, milestones, deliverables and actionable tasks.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering schedules, resources, dependencies and workstreams.
- Coordinate cross-functional and international teams to support alignment, accountability and timely delivery.
- Monitor project scope, timelines, resources and quality, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, escalating critical matters when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks, methodologies and phase-gate requirements.
- Organize project meetings, steering committee updates and stakeholder discussions, and track follow-up.
- Prepare project status reports covering progress, milestones, risks and key decisions.
- Maintain project documentation and support effective use of project management tools and systems.
- Support organizational change management activities for adoption of digital solutions across global teams.
