Requirements
- Have 1–2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising or a similar role.
- Have experience managing product catalogues and adding or updating products across e-commerce platforms, marketplaces or partner websites.
- Demonstrate strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Use MS Excel or Google Sheets very well.
- Be comfortable using LLM-based tools to automate tasks and improve processes.
- Have English at B1+ level.
- Nice to have: experience analysing data with GA4, Amplitude, Power BI or similar tools and turning insights into actions.
- Nice to have: basic knowledge of SEO and product listing and product page optimisation.
- Nice to have: interest in UX and customer journey optimisation, including creating clear messaging and UX copy.
Responsibilities
- Manage the product catalogue across Packhelp.com, partner websites and marketplaces, adding new products and updating existing offerings.
- Maintain the quality, consistency and accuracy of product data in the PIM system, including data used by product configurators and the 3D Editor.
- Optimise product listings, product pages, categories, filters, sorting and search results.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders, manage priorities and implement changes accurately and efficiently.
- Work with Product, Category Management, Marketing, SEO and Pricing teams to develop and optimise the shopping experience.
