Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in security engineering or a similar role.
- Strong experience with IAM, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), and SAML/SSO integrations.
- Experience with endpoint security platforms such as CrowdStrike and Microsoft Defender, or equivalent tools.
- Extensive experience with Windows and Linux systems at scale, including security and performance optimization.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, or similar tools.
- Experience integrating systems through APIs, automation pipelines, or orchestration tools.
- Solid knowledge of operating system security and hardening.
- Solid knowledge of network security concepts and network segmentation.
- Solid knowledge of security monitoring and telemetry pipelines.
- Advanced English proficiency, minimum C1.
- Strong troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate enterprise security controls across corporate and production environments.
- Improve IAM and PAM solutions, configure SAML integrations, and support phishing-resistant authentication deployments.
- Configure and optimize Microsoft Defender and CrowdStrike endpoint protection across Windows and Linux environments.
- Support firewall verification, network segmentation, Zero Trust rules, and secure cloud and on-premises architecture.
- Implement security controls for AI tools and identify unapproved AI systems across the environment.
- Build PowerShell, Python, and shell-script automation for asset classification, monitoring coverage, reporting, and audit data.
- Integrate security tools with APIs, automation pipelines, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
- Optimize logging, intrusion detection and prevention, data loss prevention, and vulnerability management workflows.
- Support security operations with alert and incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and remediation.
- Lead security engineering initiatives from design through production deployment, using staged rollout strategies.
