Have 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Professional Services Consultant, or Technical Advisor.
Bring strong networking fundamentals, including expertise in routing technologies, network connectivity, and network security.
Have hands-on experience architecting and deploying cloud solutions across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Have experience designing and implementing hybrid cloud and public cloud infrastructure solutions.
Have working knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, Python, REST APIs, automation, and infrastructure-as-code technologies.
Be able to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across networking and cloud environments.
Be able to engage technical and business stakeholders through written and verbal communication.
Be willing and able to travel as business needs require.
Preferred: experience designing and deploying large-scale enterprise network environments.
Preferred: understanding of multi-cloud networking architectures and cloud connectivity services.
Preferred: experience developing deployment standards, reference architectures, and technical best practices.
Preferred: relevant cloud, networking, or security certifications; technical workshops, customer training, or enablement experience; and a BA/BS/MS degree in a technical field.

Own strategic customer engagements from evaluation through production deployment and ongoing adoption.
Lead customer and partner architecture discussions covering networking, cloud connectivity, security, and infrastructure modernization.
Design, build, and deploy Alkira-based solutions in customer environments.
Develop automation, integrations, and deployment tooling using Terraform, APIs, scripting, and infrastructure-as-code methods.
Work with customer networking, cloud, and platform engineering teams on implementations.
Deliver technical workshops, architecture reviews, whiteboard sessions, and enablement programs.
Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and work with Engineering teams to resolve issues.
Share customer feedback with Product Management and advance feature requests through implementation.
