Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- Have 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Have a basic understanding of HR processes or HRIS systems.
- Show eagerness to learn and grow in consulting.
- Understand basic HR system structure and terminology.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior consultants in gathering and documenting business requirements from client SMEs.
- Prepare structured notes and action items from requirements workshops.
- Perform basic module configuration under supervision.
- Execute test scripts and document results accurately.
- Maintain configuration workbooks, training materials, and meeting minutes.
- Keep project documentation complete and up to date.
- Participate in client calls and workshops with senior guidance.
- Respond to basic client queries under supervision.
- Contribute to shared project goals and team activities, and seek and apply feedback from senior team members.
