Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- Have 2–4 years of HRIS implementation, support, or end-user experience.
- Have hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
- Hold Workday Core HCM Certification.
- Demonstrate communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specifications.
- Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.
- Configure and test modules to meet client requirements.
- Perform or support data migration activities as required.
- Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review.
- Collect and process feedback to drive system changes.
- Deliver end-user training on different modules.
- Prepare BRDs, training materials, and project documentation.
- Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs and implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.
