Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- 2–4 years of HRIS Implementation, Support, or End User experience.
- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering.
- Experience in system configuration and testing.
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Workday Integration Certification.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-management skills.
- Ability to lead workshops and extract insights.
- Strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specifications.
- Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.
- Configure and test modules to meet client requirements.
- Perform or support data migration activities.
- Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs.
- Collect and process feedback to drive system changes.
- Deliver end-user training on modules.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), training materials, and project documentation.
- Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs.
- Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.
